Wimpex ApS' general terms and conditions of sale and delivery for deliveries of products.

Delivery of goods
Shipping: All products are shipped directly from our warehouse and in some cases directly from our business partners. The goods will be delivered to the stated delivery address in Denmark. As a starting point, the delivery time is 3-4 days. We deliver free of charge for purchases over DKK 3,500.00. Wimpex ApS reserves the right to choose the carrier. Please note that the customer bears the risk of the product after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the product. If you wish to complain about any defects, you must inform us.

Returning goods
If you wish to return the goods, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. We offer a 14-day return policy if the goods are returned in the same condition as when received.
The goods must be returned to our address: Wimpex ApS, H.P. Hanssens Gade 42, H.P. Hanssens Gade 42, DK-6200 Aabenraa.

 

Other matters

Personal data
We treat your personal data confidentially that you provide to us in connection with the ordering process and your use of the website in general. The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior authorisation. Please read our cookie policy, which explains how we use this information when using the website. 

Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Terms if the delay or failure to perform is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Choice of law and jurisdiction
Any agreement entered into between us using these Terms shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
